How the Product feed has to be

In order to use Feedom, it is necessary to feed the tool with your product feed.

❗️Attention: if you already have a feed with the properties listed below, you do not need to generate a new one. Pass it on to the Feedom assessor who will be able to tell you if it can be used.

👉🏼 If you have a Vtex, you don't need to provide us with your feed as we get it with a native integration we have with those two platforms.

👉🏼 If you have any other ecommerce platform, we will need you to generate a product feed in csv or xml published in a URL, that updates automatically every 1 hour.

The feed must have the following fields with their respective values:

• id: product id
• condition: condition of use of the product (new/used)
• description: product description
• title: product name
• link: product url
• product_type: breadcrumb. Example: Home > Indoor furniture > Tables
• image_link: main image of the product
• availability: should be in stock/ out of stock as appropriate.
• price: price without discount
• sale_price: discounted price
• brand: product brand
• Number of installments (if you have variable installments according to product)
